This last weekend my family (which includes Cam) went to Payson lakes to camp! We were praying it wouldn't pour on us, unfortunately it did. And when I say pour i mean POUR! But that made the trip fun! Here are some pics from our weekend!
We had a contest of who could skip the rocks the farthest.
Yup- here comes the rain!
See that green tarp? Yes- that saved us! We had a fun time laughing at Shawn and Cameron trying to put it up in the rain. This kept us dry so we could actually cook dinner, and keep the sun out of our eyes in the morning!
Here are the tents. The one on the left we didn't really sleep in it like that. Cameron and Shawn had another tent in a cute little meadow, then the rain came and they dug a trench. After all their hard work it was decided to move up by us. haha
Luckily no bears attacked and we made it home safely. How grateful we are for our soft beds :)
