Whit and I go way back- kindergarden days when she slammed my hand in the crayon box. Classic story that will forever be told. I was in charge of decorations.. I thought they turned out ok!

Sistas

Bryn turned 14 on Jan 6! Where has the time gone? Seriously. I miss the days of coming home from school, warming up the frozen churros in the microwave and watching Arthur all together! Bryn and Court went to the Justin Bieber concert that night in Salt Lake. She had a blast, as you can imagine a 14 yr old would. So thankful for my sisters and their examples. I wish I can be like them some day and be pretty like they are! Love you girls.

Favorite Things

I play favorites weekly. I will find a new product / show that are my new favorite thing! So I thought I would share my weekly fav's. 

1. Bachelor!! I know you all love it and watch it. He is my favorite bachelor out of all of them. By far. But what is up with all the dumb girls on this season? stupid. My favorite girl is Sarah, not because of her 'disability' but because I think she is the sweetest one on there. Go Sarah.

2. Ok I really didn't notice that it said "pleasure heat pad" on there. Awkward. It is called Click Heat. Cam and I were walking in the mall during Christmas time and saw this kiosk where they were selling these. It basically is a gel pack and has a little silver button floating in it. When you 'click' it it has a chemical reaction and makes it hot, Instantly!! It's the coolest thing. So of course, I had to have it. When you come home from work and need an instant headache relief, you're desperate to try anything. The only negative thing is that you have to put it in boiling water to get it back to gel. But, I still love it!

3. New fav make up brush EVER! Mac 188 foundation brush. Got this at a Mac makeup party and it is my new fav for applying foundation. It makes it look airbrushy and beautiful. Best purchase.

4. Downy Unstopables. HAVE YOU TRIED THESE? Go buy them now. I am weird and have to have my clothes smell like they just got out of the washer 4 days after i washed them. And WA-LA! I have found the perfect thing. Sprinkle these in when you put the wash in and after your clothes are hanging in the closet, they will still smell amazing. Who doesn't like to smell clean? I also saw a thing on pinterest where you can put these in the scentsys and your house will smell like clean laundry!! YUM! I told Cam that and he looked at me like I was crazy. So I will stick with my clothes smelling fresh. 

Grateful

The last couple days I have been thinking a lot about how lucky Cam & I are. We really have been so blessed and there are times that I have to stop and remind myself that. Even though we have only been married for a couple years, we have grown so much together. The things that have happened I have now realized, happened when the Lord wanted them to happen. I can't imagine my life any different without Cameron in it. Our families live close by us, we have great jobs, we have a cute lil' apartment that is perfect for us, our ward is awesome and we love our callings, our cars work just fine for us to get where we need to go, we have food to eat everyday, we have heat (thank goodness since it's been -1 here at night!). We have everything we need, but yet I am selfish and think sometimes that we don't have enough. 

I have this quote on my 'lock screen' on my phone and It really is my favorite quote right now. It says,"I don't believe that God ever tells us "no". He has three options. Yes, not right now, or I have something better in mind. Just be patient." I lOVE that quote because it really is true! There are so many things that all of us want RiGHt NOW! But in reality, it's just not what HE wants for us right now. 

I really am not a 'spiritual' person. I guess I just never classified myself as that. But these last few weeks everyday I find myself thinking about all the little things we have that make us so blessed. I hope I never loose sight of the things that really matter :) 

Lashes

So excited to be doing eyelash extensions! I have been doing them for a couple months now and i love it! I don't know if any of you have had them, but you have to try them! It saves so much time in the morning, and finishes off your make up.. i think! If you want to give them a try, call me!

Forgetful

I know, I know. I suck at keeping up my blog!! Life has been busy around here. Cam and I working full time, YM & YW callings, and other things that I blank on updating my blog! Here is what's been happening in our lives lately!

Courtney left for college!! BYU Idaho is lucky I must say. She has been doing great and is involved in so many things! When she is not at a party, hip hop class, or with friends she is studying (hopefully!!) She is planning on doing London study abroad this February!

 Cam and I went up to City Creek a few times..

 I got called as a YW Beehive Advisor. I love it! Of course the 12 year olds can be a handful at times, but we are working on that :)

 We went camping with Chris & Elise up past Squaw Peak in Provo Canyon. Yeah- didn't know we weren't going to be at a campground with no bathrooms.. It was an interesting night.

 Pearson family tradition- meet the boys for dinner after Priesthood session. Wasn't conference amazing this October! So excited for all the 18/19 year olds!

 We had some people over to my parents for dinner from Brazil, Shawns mission!! It was the coolest experience. We had a friend in our ward come over to translate. It was so weird when they said, "Elder Wible was at our house last week for lunch!" I miss that boy. Can't wait till May!

 We painted pumpkins this year. Of course I had to try out all my pinterest pins about painting cute pumpkins! 

 We had a Murder Mystery party with the Pearsons. It was a pirate party, so of course we all dressed our part! It was so fun!

 Cameron and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary! Can't believe time has gone by that fast.. We decided to go on a quick getaway to Salt Lake. We went to the jazz game, Park City, ate good food, and had a relaxing weekend :)
